1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jtea9 ("the Platform") and any individual ("the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided at jtea9.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any associated promotional activities.

1.2 By completing the jtea9 account registration process, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and irrevocably accepted these Terms in full, together with the jtea9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement. The jtea9 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager. jtea9 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jtea9. 3.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jtea9 account login credentials, including their username and password. jtea9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from jtea9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Players must notify jtea9 support immediately upon becoming aware that their account credentials have been compromised, shared with a third party, or accessed without their authorisation. jtea9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their login information.

3.5 jtea9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform to protect all data transmitted between the player's device and our servers. However, players are reminded that no internet transmission is fully secure, and it remains the player's responsibility to use secure, private networks when accessing their account.

4.1 All deposits on jtea9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jtea9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on jtea9 is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method. Players are advised to check current limits within the cashier section of their account.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's jtea9 wallet within 2–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during peak periods. jtea9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

4.4 Source of Funds. All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are legally registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and may trigger a formal review of the player's account.

4.5 No Deposit Fees. jtea9 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jtea9's control.

5.1 Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time from the jtea9 cashier section, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays observed in Bangladesh.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high withdrawal volume or where additional verification is required.

5.4 KYC Verification Requirement. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 5.5 Wagering Requirement Compliance. Withdrawals of funds that were credited as bonus money are subject to the applicable wagering requirements for that bonus. Real-money deposits that have not been used to play any games remain freely withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum amount and verification requirements above.

5.6 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Wherever technically possible, jtea9 will process withdrawals back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Where a specific payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made following verification.

6.1 jtea9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, weekly cashback, cricket bet boosts, and seasonal festival promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

6.2 Welcome Bonus. The jtea9 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The maximum welcome bonus amount is ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it converts to withdrawable cash. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, standard wagering requirements apply. Bets placed on certain game categories, including live casino table games, may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirement completion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through multi-accounting, using automated betting strategies designed to generate low-risk winnings from bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account suspended.

6.5 Promotion Eligibility. jtea9 reserves the right to exclude individual players from specific promotions at its discretion. Promotions are intended for recreational players who use jtea9 for genuine entertainment purposes. Players whose betting patterns suggest professional or systematic exploitation of promotional offers may be excluded from future promotions.

6.6 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period during which the applicable wagering requirements must be completed. Upon expiry of an inactive bonus, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.

7.1 jtea9 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published in the jtea9 sportsbook. In the event of any conflict between a general rule and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

7.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance at jtea9's discretion. jtea9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on markets that have been suspended, or on events where an outcome is already known at the time of placement, will be voided and the stake returned.

7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match events. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their in-play bet is placed at the intended odds. jtea9 will not be liable for bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a player's delayed internet connection or device latency.

7.4 Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the result is determined, all bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for partial match completion, rain interruptions in cricket (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method), and other exceptional circumstances are published in the jtea9 cricket betting rules.

7.5 Maximum Payout. jtea9 applies maximum payout limits per event and per player. The applicable maximum payout for any given market is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. jtea9 reserves the right to reduce winnings to the stated maximum payout limit regardless of the calculated return on a bet.

7.6 Errors and Mispriced Odds. In the event that odds are published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, jtea9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. jtea9 will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds where it is obvious that an error has occurred.

8.1 All casino and slot games available on jtea9 are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 13.3 Where a player objects to any amendment to these Terms, their sole remedy is to close their jtea9 account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date.
